About Nicole Didda 

With extensive experience counseling C-suite executives and building high-achieving teams, Nicole has built a coaching philosophy focused on harnessing strengths and leveraging positive attributes to drive success in both work and life. She has guided prominent entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and corporate executives to elevate their communications, executive presence, relationships with colleagues, and leadership through complex change.

Nicole is Managing Director of SellersEaston Media, where she advises executives and companies to raise the caliber of their messaging and leadership storytelling. She is also a Founding Partner of JOURNEY, a nonprofit leadership community that equips the best women leaders of tomorrow to scale. Nicole provides executive coaching, communications counseling, presentation training, and board placement support to JOURNEY Fellows.

Nicole draws upon her experience working with major companies on business transformations, CEO and corporate positioning, mergers and acquisitions, crisis communications, employee engagement programs, and brand building. Before joining SellersEaston in 2020, she was Chief Communications Officer of Skanska, a partner at Oliver Wyman, and an EVP/General Manager at Edelman, where she headed the firm's San Francisco office. She earned her BA and Executive Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University.
